Adult Psychiatric
Services- BHC Alhambra Hospital offers a complete
spectrum of acute psychiatric services including:
Inpatient/Rapid Stabilization: Patients stay
overnight in a safe, stable, nurturing and therapeutic environment,
treatment and structured activities are based on an individual’s
needs and goals.
Partial Hospitalization/Outpatient programs:
Patients attend 5 days a week, 6 hours per day in extensive

Adolescent Psychiatric
Services- When the problems associated with
adolescence become abnormal, uncontrollable or damaging, your teen
may need professional help. BHC Alhambra Hospital offers a complete
spectrum of adolescent psychiatric services to young people 12 to
18 years of age.
Children’s Psychiatric
Services- Each child is an individual with a unique
pattern of growth, personal thoughts and behavior. We take this
uniqueness into consideration when providing a complete spectrum of
age-specific services to children under the age of 12.
Chemical Dependency
Services- The Right Path at BHC Alhambra Hospital
offers a full spectrum of care including inpatient and outpatient
detox, and evening intensive outpatient programs (CDIOP) for adults
struggling with substance abuse/chemical dependency problems

Alhambra Hospital provides individualized and intensive eating
disorder treatment in four programs: inpatient, partial
hospitalization, and intensive outpatient for males and females

Clinical Trials- BHC
Alhambra Hospital participates in ongoing research in clinical
trials. Inpatient and outpatient clinical trials for adults are FDA
approved and further efficacy of psychotropic medications and
treatment protocols.
